Spa Park for them. Frederic Chopin was founded in the nineteenth century. Effective and full of beautiful plants, the place is a perfect combination of art and nature. Here you can rest, walk or do sports. In the park there are unique specimens of oaks, ie plane trees of Greek origin, thuja and yew trees. In the center there is a bust of Fryderyk Chopin and a stone commemorating the eminent marine painter Erik von Zedtwitz (1887-1965), who for years created beautiful seaside landscapes in Międzyzdroje.
Beach and pier
The beach in Międzyzdroje is wide and sandy. In the eastern part, the coast is elevated and this is where the famous cliff on the island of Wolin is located. An additional attraction of the beach is the 120-meter long pier. The place is lit and especially charming after sunset.
Kawcza Góra
Kawcza Góra is a hill 61 meters above sea level. The place is located in the eastern part of Międzyzdroje and is known primarily as an excellent vantage point. Going there, we will have the opportunity to see the beach and pier from a fantastic perspective. The name Kawcza Góra was introduced a few years after the war. It was replaced with the earlier German name Kaffe-Berg.
